GeForce NOW is NVIDIA's cloud gaming service. It runs the PC games you own on NVIDIA servers and streams them to almost any screen.

GeForce NOW is a gaming PC in an NVIDIA data center. The game runs on that PC. Your screen receives a video stream and sends your inputs back. Your own hardware only decodes video.
The service sells no games. You link the stores you buy from: Steam, Epic, Ubisoft Connect, GOG, PC Game Pass, EA app and Battle.net. The subscription pays for the PC and the queue position.
Each publisher decides if its games can run on the service. Rockstar, Square Enix and some other publishers keep most of their games off it. The search field at the top of the page gives the answer per game.
About two thirds of the catalog is Install-to-Play. The service installs the game at the start of the session. This takes some minutes and needs a paid plan. The other games start in one click.

The release calendar lists the games NVIDIA has announced, with their dates. The GeForce NOW opt-ins page lists the games whose developer has already enabled GeForce NOW on Steam, often months before NVIDIA announces them, with each game's release date.
A queue means no free machine in your region. There is no trick that skips it, but three things shorten it, two of them free.

Install the official SteamOS app, fix the trackpad, and use NVIDIA's own settings for the LCD, the OLED and a docked TV. The OLED reaches 90 fps, on Ultimate.
